Grann of 6; what kind of machine do you use? I would love to hear a peep before I run out of bobbin thread.

I don't know how many times that has happened to me. Usually I have sewn for about half an hour before I find out I don't have any thread. Maybe a little exaggerated, but it doesn't feel like it. Then I usually have to stop because I feel defeated.

My machiine has this wonderful warning beep, however it tells me I am low on bobbin thread when there is still half a bobbin left and does it tell me when I actually run out? Nooooo!

I've learned from that lesson and try to be more conscience of checking my bobbin thread fullness regularly so it doesn't happen as often as it used to. :D

When this is going to happen, i slow my stitching to a slower speed - yegh - as if that would help - but who knows might go a little further :)
