I saw this on Etsy today, my first time on there, and I love this pattern. Anyone know the name of the pattern? The person who made it did a great job!

****image deleted****

the photo is purloined but the pattern used is from the public domain. the quilt is pretty by not at all unique.

on the other hand, the etsy member is trying to sell the quilt. by posting the photo instead of providing a link, our member is undermining her chance of selling it.

I, too, think it is court house steps, a log cabin variation, I believe. Beautiful use of color!!

I also agree court house steps, but it has been changed a little. Instead of using ONE center square and adding to it like this, http://www.straw.com/equilters/libra...bin_part5.html The quilter used TWO square blocks together to form the center, and then built off of that. same concept just looks different.

This pattern is online at no cost. Looks like good instructions.
