Beautiful fabric. Have you considered the Garden Twist Quilt by Sharon Yenter?

If you added a background you could do a carpenter's star/wheel, maybe save one of the fabrics for the border.

Contrary wife or Jacob's Ladder come to mind, as those are my favorites. You might check quilterscache.com for more ideas.

Love those fabrics. Though I like pink, I think that the taupe would be a bit more classic. I do think that the night and day quilt blocks would look beautiful.
    Enjoy!

Your first and last fabrics are very similar in value. If you squint your eyes and look at them they appear to be practically the same. I would add a light fabric to the group. I don't really have a suggestion for the pattern.

I am horrible at deciding on patterns, which is why I frequently go for kits, if they are in my color choices. Some call it lazy, but I've been called worse. LOL

I have the purple and love it. I love the florals and think a soft pink would be a good addition, but then a soft taupey green would work too. I also agree about not making the blocks too small so you don't lose the scale. An easy pattern would be to just alternate solid blocks of each fabric, or the two florals, sashed with the purple.

I love those colors, and I think a sea foam green would be pretty with it, and also an ivory.

I would also do either a tonal or another batik for the smaller square. I have used that dark purple in about 10 different quilts. I love it to bits. It is really nice to work with and keeps its color well. I have about 5 more yards of it to be used in other quilts.
This is exactly what I was thinking, although I am a pink person and lean towards that instead of the taupe.

I think taupe would be beautiful with your fabric also. Sorry can't tell you a pattern cuz I'm too new to quilting. Hope you show us the quilt when it is finished.
