I am going to hang you from the rafters in the bunkhouse - - you will be my quilting angel <g> I LOVE the piecing and can do that PDQ ... but finishing? ahhh, not so much! LOL
I'll bet, in your area, you will find a friend that compliments your likes/dislikes/talents and abilities! You would be a quilter's dream, I would think! <wave>
Ditto that. Can we have your address so when we are to that ending part you can do it for us?

When you do, dglvr and I can make a schedule <g> ... Amma will probably want in on it, too, eh? Maybe I will get a fifth wheel or something just for you to travel in so that you can camp out in our backyards or parking lots for ten days at a pop ... I think we are getting a plan! LOL <wave>

We have 6 kids and 8 grands living in Tacoma area. When we move back (someday) we'll have group quilting days at my house. We have a small Winnebago so there will be a bed for you.

I like almost any pattern but most prefer to quilt on a wholecloth where the quilting stitch it's self makes the quilt. I prefer bright or pastel colors over stuff like Thimbleberries. The red and green combinations are always one of my favorites especially in the Baltimore Alblum modes. I like to let the colors and the size or theme of the prints dictate the pattern.

I love Storm at Sea. I've made a practice block, but I'm not there yet. I also love Bargello. We hope to do a small Bargello project soon.

Dresden Plate. I haven't made it yet but want to make it out of 30's fabrics.
