Outgrow OSU!??!??? Not in this lifetime, now matter how oldhe gets, lol. I made a Double Irish Chain in Scarlet and Gray with thin black accents, for my brother, and it was a big hit. He displays it even when it's not football season. When it is football season, he wraps himself up in it on Game Days.

Once a Buckeye, always a Buckeye no matter your age. Love the twin stars. I have made a few quilts that is in my Avatar that "Buckeyes" have loved.

I gave my son and DIL a family heirloom quilt, but, I quilted the label into the quilt and put on the label that it was his, in honor of his wedding. When they divorced, there was no question that it was his quilt since only his name was quilted into the back label. This might help keep the quilt in the family, unlike one couple I know, where the female kept all the quilts the groom's grandmother had made from quilt kits printed in the 30's. She refused to give any of them back.

I made a college colored quilt for a fan. It's simply the Disappearing Hourglass pattern. You might like this easy design:
