Designing and piecing for me. I'm not crazy about quilting and there are others who are way better at it so I let them do it.

Watching the face on the person who receives the quilt as I generally do not tell them that I am making them one! THAT, my friends is what makes me happy!

I love the piecing and then actually putting the blocks together and seeing it come to life before my eyes.

I love quilting, but I really do enjoy piecing it. It is all fun, but the dreaded binding. The binding is the only thing I do not enjoy in making a quilt.

Like so many of you, I love it all!!! I don't have the eye for choosing wonderful fabrics that go together in interesting ways, so that is probably my least favorite part, but I still love it...

I even love talking about it and reading about it!! ha ha ha
