I made 35 little bear tails last year for my sons pre k class Christmas program. It was really cute. When they sang their last song, which was about a little bear, they all turned around shaking their bottoms with those bear tails pinned to there shirt hems.

that apron is really unique.....love it....
Wow, you guys really get me to thinking of things I made and had forgotten about. How about costumes for the entire HS color guard flag team. They made their own flags. Some moms weren't happy about that.
About 30 yrs ago a lady brought me a pic from a catalog and asked me to duplicate. An apron that looked like a nude woman but the boobs removed to be the potholders. Laughed the whole time I was making that one.

This has been fun reading. It also got me to thinking. My name is Pam so one year I made me into a can of Pam Cooking Spray. I had an inspection seal,,,the Dr. who delivered my sons. approval seal,,,my husband and a large red cap head.
One year I took a bunch of yarn and made my son into a" STRINGTHING". I took the top of a shirt and covered it with yarn from neck to toe, the sewed yarn to a knit cap. All you could see was walking yarn,, multi colors. He won several awards with that one. Yes thanks for the memories

so many odd thnigs I have too many ideas and not all of them turn out. The latest design was for a customized mask for my father who has congestive heart failure and the cold and wind are too much. As he gives me feed back I will make adaptations and may him another- they live 2 hours away so it's not a quick fix. However my mother is a great sewer so minor adjustments she can do and let me know what needs t be done for future designs
