What's your favorite color combination in Batiks?

It's interesting that several people have chosen purple & green, or purple & yellow.

I don't recall seeing any batik fabrics that combine purple and either yellow or green, within the same fabric.

Maybe I'm not looking in the right places?

I've seen periwinkle & celery, but that's about as close as it's been. Which is... not close at all!

Oh, I thought the topic was what Batik colors do you like to use/see together! I do have some purple batiks though that have yellow and green in the same fabric

I absolutely love batiks. I would have to say my favorites are: purples, blues and aquas. They give so much versatility and depth to a project.

It started out innocently...a quilt with a frog theme...bought a few blue and green....then some more...and some more...I now own enough blue and green for several quilts LOL
