I do puzzle pattern. Great way to use up odd pieces of fab. I do snowball quilts too and use the corner from the squares to put in the border. If I find a new block I'm not sure I want to do a big quilt, I'll do a charity quilt. I sew for Quilts for Kids so I know if it's doesn't fit my taste, one of their kiddos will love it.

This is outstanding! I love scrap quilts and I love 3D quilts so this is a hit with me! Does it matter what size the strips are ? I am going to try to do this one starting tonight!

I agree with you Jan, rail fence is so quick. I think it makes a beautiful quilt!

Here's the link: http://sundays-quilts.blogspot.com/2...hip-quilt.html
This is what I consider the Potato Chip Quilt. HOWEVER, there are other versions so the name is applied to more than one pattern. I find these really relaxing to make and they go quickly. Another QB member calls this pattern the Rainy Day quilt.
