Nope, nope, never destash...I had fabric from years and years ago. So long ago I couldn't remember what I made with it. Just kept it. Then a couple weeks ago I wanted to try something, so I dug out that old fabric....and by george it'll make a nice kaliedoscope quilt.

I de-stash, because my tastes have changed and I no longer like those fabrics.

Hi, reading the other replies. Guess I am not alone. I am trying to destash my stash but just feel so overwhelmed. I've worked in fabric stores for 8 years and it's simply out of control! I look at it and feel too snowed in to know where to start. I need to get rid of a lot of it. I would like to see it go to a good use for someone. If you do Charity quilts or that type of thing, write me and maybe we can help each other.
