    I Best Press and press before I cut. It makes the cuts crisper and the material isn't so floppy or easily distorted by handling.

    Then after I sew seams, yes, I set the seams and press according to the pattern.

    Since I chain piece I can sew a bunch then take time out and walk over to the ironing board - in the next room - to press. And I just might stop for a snack or a drink. [Tea, lemonade, etc.]
