I went to Discount Embroidery Supply online to check prices on needles. By purchasing 50 needles @ $19.50 (their price) for a single needle it would be .39 each. Pretty impressive!! N/A with Discount Embroidery Supply.

Yep thats about it. A crunch, a ping, a ding, a snap. All those horrible sounds that tell me either I just went over a pin, or onto my foot. :roll:

My needles don't last long enough to get dull!! :lol:

I change my needle when I hear a popping sound on the fabric.

Sorry I am in the UK and I use to get them from a supplier that supplied a pack of "Organ" needles for only £10.90! but they seem to have stopped stocking them :evil: I did a search on EBay and there are a number of suppliers for them at the same price, phew :thumbup:

If you do a search ebay.com you will find a number of suppliers in the US for them at really good prices.

Superior Threads sells needles in packs of 100, both for longarm and for domestic machines.
