Well, I guess I'm the only one who buys freezer paper in 8.5 x 11 sheets! It's made by C. Jenkins (cjenkinscompany.com). But I do it because I use it for printing my labels and sometimes for printing a quilting design on my printer and it goes through wonderfully because it is flat and is the proper size. Things on rolls like to curl and I just don't feel like fooling with that!

I've always found it in the grocery store, where they have plastic wrap, aluminum foil, etc. If not, ask your store manager. I'm pretty sure they have it at Wal-Mart as well.

I've gotten mine at the grocery stores. Guess you'll just have to ask them where/if they have it.
