Has anyone noticed a difference if you put two different brands on the same table to make one very large cutting surface? I've heard you should only use the same brand so measurements are equal but am interested in your experiences.

Thanks

If you have a Hancock's fairly close to you, they run 50% off their quilting supplies fairly often. That is where/when I pick up my mats, rulers, etc. I just bought their largest mat that was regularly $69 I think.
