Kona Bay for asian
Free Spirit for funk
Moda for pretty much anything!
Windham for civil war

I love the feel (hand) of Northcott--so silky. Their colors tend to be more clear and white than other manufacturers. Hoffman's also have a silky feel, but often times do not care for their designs (a personal choice). Moda is also good--very dense weave. But when making miniatures (I don't paper piece), the good quality slightly lighter weight fabrics work better--less bulk in seam allowances.

I've seen a lot of the selvedges on my stash recently (while refolding/organizing) and the majority of them are Moda or RJR. That said, I also have a sizeable Hoffman batik collection, as well as quite a few Benartex and Northcott. Pretty much anything goes, I guess!

The fabric I have a passion for is Liberty of London fabric. The only brand here that comes close to that is Northcott. I buy some of all the brands though.
