I don't discriminate except in the area of quality. My choices are based on design and color. I prefer to feel and see the fabric in person. I hate it when I have the perfect fabric in my head, but just can't find it !

WEll, if you look in my fabric closet, you will find Moda, RJR, Kaufman, Bernatex, Red Rooster, Timeless Treaseures, Marcus, Hoffman, Legacy, Windham, Aleaxander Henry, etc ...on down to Cranston, VIP and Springs.
Guess I don't have a favorite manufacturer, just love the fabrics... like most all quilters do.

Robert Kaufman is my favorite and I love the Fusions 7 line. I use it in just about every quilt I make.

I have 3

Moda (LOVE EVERYTHING THEY MAKE)
Hoffman (for Batiks, these can't be beat)
Wyndham (absolutely LOVE their Civil War era fabrics)

Too many fabric collections ( I can never buy a fat quarter, or even a yard - whole collections, or enough for King Quilt ( you never know in advance the bed size you might wind up making that quilt for.) so I have to LIMIT my visits to LQS...............

But on Thursday, taking the day off, and going to "Wilson's - Your Favorite Quilt Ship" in Hagerstown, MD.......can feel the plastic heating up already..................

I love Moda. Love the patterns and love the feel of the fabric. I use lots of Holly Taylor (flannels and cottons) and love the Kansas Troubles line as well.

Maywood fabrics- the feel of these fabrics is soo incredible. Lakehouse fabrics are another yummy line of fabrics. Marcus Brothers is great for their pansy fabric. Moda is outstanding for their selection and quality of fabrics.
