Default Whole Cloth Quilt from Keepske Quilting

Has anyone bought a whole cloth quilt kit from Keepsake Quilting? My nephew is getting married next year and the Welsh Beauty quilt looks like a perfect wedding gift. I was wondering about the quality of the fabric, the cost seems quite low for the marked top and backing- $89. I have never hand quilted a large project like that, but I do have enough time if I get moving soon. Any advice and feedback is most welcome. Thanks friends.

I have never bought such a kit, but as far as I know the "Welsh Beauty" design is made by Holice T. He is a member here on the board and I am sure he can answer your questions. Maybe you contact him by a personal message?
Just a thought...

I bought the top only, quite some time ago - have not quilted it yet. I'll feel the fabric tonight and let you know the quality. I don't remember it being poor though.

And had no idea the design was by "our" Hollis!!

I can not speak about the whole clothe quilt itself, but I can say I have never purchased anything from Keepsake that was'nt first rate quality.

Yes, that is the quilt I designed for Benartex. The quality of the fabric generaly was a good quality. I havn't heard of any problems the past few years. It should be printed so you have sufficient extra on the edges for your binding to match the top,

I apologize ... I know I have it, somewhere ... I can't find it!!

My sewing room is a wreck right now. Between having house guests and re-decorating the family room, I have a lot of extra 'stuff' packed into every other available space in the house and I can't get to some areas of my sewing room.
