I started quilting a few months ago because I love fabric so much, and i wanted to make something other than purses. I decided on making a simple quilt, and I haven't looked back. I love to make quilts and give them to family and friends. I love the gorgeous colors and patterns of fabric, and it brings such joy to decide which fabrics and patterns I will use. Right now, my quilts are fairly small and easy, but they are so delightful to make. I know I have found what I'm supposed to be doing. This is my joy.

Peace of mind!!!! The mind runs 90 to nothing, and quilting slows the mind down to where I can function. I have always been artistically challenged.
The joy of seeing something come out of fabric that "I" cut and stitch together to make for someone who appreciates my time and my creativity. The thrill of not knowing what it is until the finished product. Seeing everything come together at the end is worth more than what money can buy. "Happiness".
