So, I was surprised today to find I received a decent bonus at work! Yay!

I am wondering what kind of quilting supplies I could buy (other than...fabric!!). My husband just bought me a Janome 1600 two months ago, and I also purchased a used quilting frame off of craigslist (yay!).

I'm going to put some of the money in the bank, but I do need to get some feed for the Janome. Other than that (and of course some fabric!), any ideas??? :)

I bought a new camera with my bonus, so I can take pictures of my quilts.

Make a list of the things you want, and get the most expensive while you have the extra money. Easier to get together a little money for the less expensive things later.

My dream would be to buy all the quilting books and every possible color of thread. But I agree with ctack2, get expensive things with this bonus, then fill in with the rest later.

I recently fell in love with hand quilting thread. I want lots of colors. I used to use just white and leave it at that, but not anymore. I have to contain myself or I will get them all.

HUGE cutting mat and maybe a big ironing board would be on my list.
