the black sashing frames the quilt beautifully, great job...

Since the black sashing makes the quilt outstanding, could you put a small pieced border using all the different colors, and then maybe a small border of black again? Then maybe the binding could be made from the different colors again? I don't know about the backing.

I think a border of the center pinwheel blocks would look great. Frame that border with a plain border in the black on both sides of the pinwheel blocks, then bind in scrappy bright colors. Adjust the black widths for whatever width you need the quilt. Great looking quilt!
