I've seen one before, would surely be worth the money. Good for you.

That looks alot like an old telephone table that my grandma had her old black rotary dial phone on. The bottom drawer was used for the phone book and the top drawer was for the note pads and pens and her address book.

I'd but it! I bought one like this from an antique store for $125 and was thrilled to get it. Mine is a sewing cabinet.

I have the EXACT one - on Long Island, NY -- It belonged to my grandparents who bought most of their furniture in Macy's in 1918.
It's a nice small piece, but the drawers are so roomy and open/close easily. Hope you got it - enjoy!

I don't have one like that, but I do have a cabinet with 3 drawers in it. I use it every time I sew. I keep all sorts of things in there including my collection of feet for my Bernina. I just reach to my left, pull out the drawer and everything is at my fingertips.

It's just a little lower than my sewing table and when I'm quilting a big quilt on the machine, I pull it over to my left side and it helps hold up the quilt for me.
