Love the fabric though, Im a child of the 70's so I loved my Spirograph !!!!!!


that is just what i was going to type....
the fabric reminded me of this...

When I took a class on SW several years ago we were told the rule of thumb is no less than 5 colors. I also found buying really garish fabric works good. Lots of color and you can't tell what the ugly print is.

You can audition any fabric for a SNW with two mirrors taped together - open to 45º or 60º.
You will also get an idea of the optimum size for cutting a particular print. Small prints, small block. Larger prints, larger blocks.

I started on that had too much solid black in the background. Did not work!!!
