    i use it alot, just used a moda tie, that was around a group of FQ's. and add my little scissors, and tied it.
    works fine, but sometimes i get a little poke..lol

    retractable on my neck, love it, use it every day, great at longarm or handpiecing. Never got hurt!

    I use scissors holder but they only hold very small scissors and I haven't bee poked yet. Knock on wood. :roll:

    I don't like wearing lanyards with name tag when I have to. When possible I take a pin or brooch to pin it down! :)
    This is me too. I have a pair of snips I pin to my shirt on a retractable key chain.

    No not around my neck that would get in my way. I have drawers on my machine cabinet,keep my ripper,awl and scissors in the left hand corner of top one, always know where they are. If I am doing hand work have a table at my side and lay needed items there.
