    Hang in there honey! She'll love it when it's finished. I can't tell you how many times I've messed up like this. Mowing the lawn was the best thing to do! I pull weeds myself. <<<>>>

    I like to make lists. I also like to leave them laying on my sewing table and then guess what's on the list while at the fabric store. Fun game.

    I have been working on my sisters wedding quilt for a year. Every time I pick it up it seems like I mess up something. Cut something too small. The border fabric was wring, had to re-shop. I ripped out the border quilting 3 times. I will be SO happy when this one is done. Some projects just never seem to go right. My DD says it's because I want so badly for this one to be perfect. Probably, but dang!!

    Thanks. everyone for the hugs and support. Turns out, the 3" 9 patches look great turned on point with border fabric added as triangles. Strange how "mistakes" work out! Now I have a bunch more 3" 9 patches to make!
