Beautiful! She was probably planning on the quilting to hold those seam allowances together. If it was washed after quilting it probably wouldn't have frayed out. Lucky you, for $10!! The fabric alone would have cost much more.

nunny jo, I am in Dunbar just outside of Charleston. I wanted to go to that show really bad but had already made other plans. Please update us when you get back or send me a pm. Are you going to the one in Ripley WV?
