Is there a limit of how much I should buy? I'll still use it!

If I really love something, I'll buy extra but my worst habit is buying more of a favorite after I've used it all in a project.

I always buy extra, just in case I mess up.

I always buy extra. I'm afraid if I run out I won't be able to find more. Sometimes when I find fabric for a quilt it may be months or a couple of years before I get started. Guess that's why I have so many UFO's!

I usually do, but I am making a swoon quilt right now, and I didn't. What a mess. I had to go back to the store and buy quarter yards of all the fabrics, because my rotary cutter "slipped" just a hair, but just enough to mess it up. Has anyone else had to buy more while making Swoon? It is a gorgeous design, but I hope the cutting is the hardest part.
