I love yellow and use it a lot in my quilts, which are mostly scrap applique quilts. This is my latest "yellow".

I love the way your blocks are laid out in the tumbling block quilt that is being held at the railing, and the colors are great.

Smile A little goes a long way...

Thought this picture of my friends and I with our Fall quilts might be a good example of how a little bit of yellow goes a long way and can stand out over other colors....but it is so cheerful it would be a shame to leave it out of
    your quilts.

PghPat, you found the Quilting Bee- yellow is my favorite color too, next to orange!

Wow, what an impressive quilt show. Thank you everyone!!! My computer is having lots of problems or it's our area. Whenever it gets fixed I'll post some pics. All of the quilts are just fantastic

I think yellow really makes a quilt pop! On a Mary Jo's website they had a bow tie quilt with a cheddar cheese colored background and it had a WOW factor! HAD TO LAUGH AS I BOUGHT A VERY LOUD CHEDDAR CHEESE FABRIC AND MANY YEARS AGO WHEN PREGNANT TRIED TO MAKE A VEST OUT OF THE SAME COLOR AND IT MADE ME NAUSEOUS HAD TO PUT IT AWAY!

Maybe we limit yellow in bed quilts so they don't keep us awake with all that sunshine
