Great thread. This outlook is very positive...not just for quilting either.

I am sooooo happy to read all the wonderful feedback on this. I am so thankful that this board exists and that I could in some small way give back to you all, at least a portion of the encouragement that I myself have found from others here on this board. This board has been both a sanctuary and a college campus for lack of a better term. It has made me feel safe and comfortable in my own decisions, as well as expanded my knowledge base and taught me new things. so thank YOU !

I love your positive attitude! Your story on the Project Quilting Season 4 page was wonderful......I need to remember LaLa, I've had a few of those!

what an inspirational message you have shared with all of us. I am so glad you posted this, especially for the newer quilters, so they too can realize these things sooner than later. Wish there was a way to put a star by your post telling everyone to "read this one"!!!

Thank you so much for your post. I am at a spot on my quilt, where I feel if I don't get it right, it will screw up the whole thing......you have made me think it's isn't so crucial after all and maybe I should relax.....so......thanks again, I needed that...

I love the bright colors in this quilt and I agree with what your saying. We quilt (well I do anyway) to destress, not to add stress.
