A question was raised what to do with the finished piece. Laura suggested to use same for a purse, a tote, wallhanger. When I went to her site listed above, I found her medallion quilt which could also be a whole cloth quilt. (This is another class.) It is just beautiful. I should peek at her site for more of her work. However, her three classes are much smaller pieces when completed. I had hoped to take the first of the series last Friday, but was unable owing to a pressing issue which needed immediate attention.
Laura was an art major in college and her talent has shown up in a lot of her work as she is accomplished w/art quilts. Several times (4, I believe), have allowed her to win competing at Keepsake Quilting. This transition into Zentangles is right up her alley.
