Hi, Ask THEM for the names of the dealers/distributors they send their fabric to. They should be able to tell you if they carry that line/design.

Wow thank you....I'm amazed by the kindness of the people of this board to total strangers. You're truly special people and I'm proud to be part of this group.
As much as I appreciate your wonderful offer, I've already switched to a different fabric for the borders and have started cutting them etc. So I don't need the mystery fabric urgently anymore.
But, my! I'm very grateful for your offer!
Edited: Just a side note in case anyone here ever emails Bernatex at their website as I did for the second fabric that I needed. I just got a "mailer deamon" in my email saying the email never got through to Bernatex eventhough I used the address they posted on their website.
I wonder if they realize their email address doesn't work?

Ok Karen. I am looking for a specific book and I thought I would try there before I breakdown and order it online. (Plus I have a coupon :)) You know I am going to look anyway ;)
Glad to hear you found something else that works.

I used my coupon a week ago and I can't wait till the next one comes! There's always something I need and the coupon sure comes in handy, don't they? I hope you find the book you want. Which one is it, if you don't mind telling me?

Oh sure it is Carol Doak's 50 paper pieced stars and Tradition with a Twist. I will buy one with this coupon and one with the next if they have both ;)

Oh I guess I should have added I have never paper pieced but want to try and do a Mariner's compass on a quilt for my Dad (ex-Navy) for Father's Day (this year I hope LOL). If not done it becomes a Christmas present ;)

I have Traditions with a twist (love it) and maybe the 50 pp stars too.
I don't pp very often because I hate picking the little pieces of paper out of the seams but it sure makes precise blocks!
Have you checked Amazon or ebay, etc?
I hardly ever buy quilt books new. (that gives me more money to buy fabrics...lol)

Have you looked at this link?
http://www.twiddletails.com/store/in...age=page&id=21

I found it interesting since you don't have to pick little pieces out of the seams. I thought I would have a go at it.
I have found quite a few books at half price books and I do get some from ebay and amazon. But since I have this coupon just sitting here and I have to be in the area for other errands today I thought why not?

You can try looking for it online. Search in Google and just basically describe the fabric. I found a gold metallic print that way, one time. It took a lot of looking, but I did find it and got the amount I needed from the shop.
