I feel the same way. I like to quilt at home with no pressure of what to make and when to finish it. With my DH having heart problems and in and out of hospital a lot I just don't have time to be away from home that much. This board has been the one place I can reach out to others who love quilting as much as I do and is always here when I need to unwind and relax. Thanks so much to you all.

I love this "guilt", too. Right now much of my time is not my own, but, I am able to check in here every morning and see what many of you are up to and it makes me feel connected even if I don't get to the sewing room!

I attended a guild for a couple months, but it just didn't "click" for me. When I was assigned to a group, all the others spoke back & forth with their ideas (by email), but never answered me when I offered a suggestion. That was it.
Here I don't feel like a dummy asking questions or offering opinions. I know someone will answer me and give me more inspiration and information.
I really love it here!

Don't comment much, don't show many projects but look and read comments every single day!!!! Have seen many beautiful quilts, runners, wall hangings, etc. and gotten tons of ideas for new projects. This place rocks!!!
