I remember when I first started quilting in the 1970s, a teacher told us that some quilters put in a mistake just to prove that only God is perfect. At that time also, she and one of my mother-in-laws favorite sayings was, "If a person riding by on a horse can't see the mistake all is good!"

My quilts are so "not perfect". I don't believe that I am capable of "perfect". However, I have never sold or been told to sell my quilts. I believe that if that happened, I would be panicky and it would not suit my personality.

It is such a compliment to you for your family/friends to suggest that you sell your quilts. So happy for you and good luck in whatever you eventually choose to do.
