Do you mean that they use a piece of ultra suede and how do they stitch it?

Hi sherry,
Many people use the ultra swede (sp?) for the tiny pieces because they hold up the stitching.

Hi Sherry...
Yep that is what they do just like you would use the fabric only use the suede and stitch it like normal. It holds together better from what I hear for small pieces like eyes.

I usually just put a satin stitch on there myself. By hand.

Isn't it fun to learn something new? I learned to use my embroidery module to the bernina last week. LOL ..It almost fried my brain reading that whole manual before I started. But, then, I was able to get through the computer set up part fine while using it and had few problems.

I have to go read the guidelines again but I thought I saw a post that said no embelishments? Is there any that we can use such as ric rac, lace, fuzzy yarns, etc, things that lay flat and can be sewn through? My little gingerbreadman needs some fancy clothes! LOL

I am mostly useing thread. But this little guy needs trimmed! LOL
