I will be putting my July package in the mail this week.

I mailed our July birthday girl's envelope out today.
I've been sewing in every spare minute this past week, making a quilt for my little Isabelle who is turning two this weekend. I feel bad that I hadn't got around to making her her own quilt yet, so she's getting one! I just need to stitch the binding down. I'll try to share a picture of it tomorrow.

NZ, I am recalling an old phrase about the cobbler's children going without shoes. Not your little Isabelle. She shall have her quilt! Anxious to see the photo of your accomplishment.

Here is Isabelle's quilt. I woke up early to stitch the binding on before she woke up for the day. She LOVES Curious George, so I found a large coloring picture of Curious George on line and used it as an applique. The nine patches are leftover from the nine patch swap Sewbizgirl hosted a few years ago, but could easily be made with our 2.5" candies.
