I got this super sweet Spring-y quilt from CajunQuilter2. Each of the four mini blocks is embellished with a sweet little bunny button. She also sent a boatload of goodies... a quilting magazine, some printable fabric transfers with lacy frames, and THREE Russell Stover chocolate rabbits, which, sadly, met their delicious and deserved end soon after entering my home. The second quilt is the one I made for her. She will have it waiting for her after she takes care of some family stuff back in Louisiana, but she asked me to post pics. She got my first ever tumbling block experiment. I sent some fabric pieces to her as well, and some buttons, but didn't photograph those.

Great job on all the April Doll Quilts - I really like seeing interesting embellishments, inset flange trims and the wonderful choice of exciting fabrics. Saturday starts the May thinking process of how to top the April quilts-good luck ladies! moosegirl

Wilhelmina, that was the sweetest thing to say. Thank you so very much! You know that I'm really, really new to quilting, right? I have only made three doll quilts and a couple of crib size baby quilts in my whole life. I would be honored to trade with you. I have a tons of projects at home that I must accomplish before I can take on anything new. I need to make a quilt for my husband, he's my biggest cheerleader, critic, and source of support. I don't know what it will be, I'm still looking at patterns.
Thank you so very much for making my day!!
