Lauriejo, that bunny is so darn cute,, i'd love his pattern, I could make them all yr, then donate them to the church when they make the Easter Baskets.
Susan, thanks for the quick and easy recipe, I need to try it, I could try it with fresh apples for dh, but then it might be called something else.

Ladies, so glad you had a great time. isn't wonderful to meet other QBmembers. it's like we know each other already from so much back and forth. so glad you had so much fun together.

Zoey is a very good girl. she's and indoors only kitty, but uses the portal under the bed to transport herself where she wants to go. It's getting windy here now, so Choda may be grounded, the chopper can't always fly in high winds. We went to Denny's for dinner. and she said she didn't want to go to the dump again. She was hoping for the docks to watch the fish go by and maybe get some for dinner. If she's lucky, maybe take in the rat races also. I'll let you know when she comes back where they went. Once the summer gets here. she's out every night with a different guy.

LAURIEJO. would you be willing to share that little bunny pattern. I can't sleep and was really thinking how cute that would be as an added filler for Baskets. i'd love to make a bunch to donate for the kids baskets next year. it's just the right size as an extra and small enough to handle to make a bunch of them. I could even make them of polar fleece. thanks.

It was fun yesterday with Karen and Laurie. It was a little warmer than I liked and today it's very windy outside and snow tomorrow. Now it's back to reality. Babysitting, dogs, banking and I'm really tired today.

Lynnie it's a good thing she's an indoor cat or who knows what she would get into. Love her stories. My cat only sleeps all day.

I don't remember where I got the pattern. I will have to let you know when I get home. It was something I found and think I made major adjustments to it. I know I had some problems. I actually made 2. The first one didn't look right the way the pattern said. The one I gave Laurie was backwards, meaning the front was supposed to be the back and vice versa. Lynnie, I'll let you know on Wednesday after I get home.

Here is the blueberry cobbler recipe.

Buttery Blueberry Cobbler Heat oven to 350
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar (divided)
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. blueberries
    1 tbs. lemon juice
Put butter in a 1 1/2 qt. casserole and place in over to melt. Sift flour, 1 c. sugar and baking powder. Stir in milk. Pour batter over melted butter. Do not stir. Mix blueberries, lemon juice and remaining 1/4 c. sugar in sauce pan. Heat to a boil stirring. Pour evenly over batter. Bake for 45 min. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.

If anyone makes it, let me know how it turns out.

    Have a happy day!

Karen that blueberry cobbler sounds yummy. I will have to try it.

fabric lover I am making some of those little bunnies in the first picture they show on that site. Very easy, but I think they are cute. I will probably add some little button eyes etc. Picked up some pretty ribbon to go around the necks, and pink/brown flannel fabric for the body.

Wow, so much info today! Bunnies and cobbler, oh my! such cute bunnies, they're reproducing b4 our eyes. I love cobbler, I'll keep the recipe for when i'm off the diet.

Zoey slept very late this am, and just had breakfast. Choda had a big surprise for Zoey last night. He picked her up and took her to the beach to watch the rat races by the dock. She said it was very exciting to watch them run in circles and a fight or two broke out. She said she begged Choda for a tasty rat tail the whole night. Zoey has a bit of a gambling streak in her so they placed a few bets and their rat came in first place, they won a bunch of money, so Choda fired up the chopper and they went to the kitty candy store. Zoey came home with a big bag of treats, and yes, she got her rat tail too! She said there was jars filled with goodies, not just rat tails, but bunny feet and all the goodies that good little kitties love to munch on. On the way home, they stopped at the cat nip field and had a blast. Cat nip is now legal in NY state and they sell it at all the major food and pet stores, so she got an ounce to bring home. She was allowed to pick her own blend and decided to add some jasmine flowers just because. I guess that's why she was so tired this am, she had a kitty nip hangover. She's doing fine now, just exhausted from a night out with Choda. She's staying in tonight to recuperate. (I think she's still got a bit of a hangover from that cat nip). so...that's all that's new with Miss Princessa Zoey for now.
