I believe it is way to early to know what the next theme is. I have not even got mine done yet.Originally Posted by Armylady2012
Ladies I am loving all the beautiful cards. Does anyone know what the theme is for May. I am at my nana20010 house helping out with the grand-kids and have access to the sewing machines so it is a good time to start working on the May Post card.

Hi Nelda, I agree, it is to early to post the next months theme. But rather then be bomb barded with pm's and requests for the monthly theme, I posted a list on my blog. That way, whoever wants to be surprised, they can. And those who have to work ahead due to time constraints can. I really don't like working ahead. And, I'm the host. But, maybe if my job had me traveling or maybe a family medical emergency or even working through a depression episode would have me working ahead. Whatever keeps us sane, right?. Really, no biggie. You take your time and enjoy!

Thank you, Judith, I appreciate you making the year list available and I will be starting the May one soon as I too have a busy month coming up and with the postage time taking so long to get to the US I thought that if I am well organised I can post as soon as the swap names are released. I can see by previous months that once most of the swaps are received that is very little activity on the thread, so I am believing that the late ones more than likely get missed being seen by the group. I guess these days there are few surprises, but yet it still a surprise for the receiving swapper.Originally Posted by Judith1005

Posting some pics from the weekend celebration for my Mum's 90th. After such a long trip and baby sitting for the rest of the week, I think I am ready for a rest. Pictures taken of the decorated hall, Mum cutting her cake, Mum and us four sisters and 4 generations with my daughter & little boys. thanking Mum is keeping good health and is of sound mind. She had a pacemaker fitted 18 months ago and that has helped her heart.
