FORGET what I just said! My stupid slow computer didn't load Kass' photo and I thought you had got your names mixed up. Very sorry.!

Now that I can see it... WOW is all I can say for Kass' block. You did a beautiful job with that!

MJP, great blocks! To answer your question, you cannot pm a pic or at least that option doesn't work for me on my devices. NK will respond so no worries. Thank you for contacting her about the block colors.

The block for Kassaundra is wonderful. So different from any we've seen here before and nothing I would have thought of. (Always enjoy seeing boomers come up with new and imaginative ideas.) And it appears you are another person who isn't intimidated by stripes. Nice job!

Bibliostone, sharp block for Kassaundra! Love it.

Thank you NanaKathy. It would've been easy to replace the white with gray but I liked the white better and wanted to give you that option.

SewBiz girl for many of these blocks I made them up out of my head after I thought where the fussy cuts would be.
Mickey mouse was easy but the striped ones have been very difficult for me. I was wishing I lived next door to Kass so I could run over and get advice.

Kass' block came from a book Skinny Quilts & Table runners. I reduced the pattern (took me several tries to get it right) and then just used the pieces that worked in our size block. It is raw edge applique which makes curves very easy. I made a black, gray and red one for my DAy of the Dead quilt as a practice.

Bibliostone I love the block you did for Kass and wish I had your piecing skills.

All the blocks have been great. It's been a good learning experience for me and thanks everyone for your patience with me.
