I don't say any prayers out or ever try to interfere with any other religion etc. but I won't just give good thoughts. It's my life of what I do for everyone. Not saying this to you Elisabrat, I know where you are coming from, but I just won't comment on this thread again, because it wouldn't be well wishes it would be my prayers. I don't proselytize so I don't understand why I can't say someone is in my prayers. I respect all religions rights, but this is how I live each moment. I just wanted to explain. If I am booted off for that I am ok with it. If someone ever ask me to pray for them, there is no way I would not do that. I cannot refuse that for anyone just to stay on this board. Love you all.

Susan

I understand you and fully agree, Susan. Praying is done by all religions. Someone being of a different religion doesn't offend me because we are not all the same, or think alike. I expect those of different beliefs to respect mine as I respect theirs. It's not proselytizing.

Sometimes what's needed is more than just "good thoughts". If I am willing to pray in response to someone's dire need, I am also not ashamed to say so. That's who I am and I'm not going to change that in order to be on a chat board.

That's an adorable watermelon mug rug by Kathy M. and is that also a bag in matching fabrics? Great swap gifts!

I'll say i'm sending good wishes so I don't get booted for saying prayers.
Prayers are different to all of us. Some recite a prearranged saying while
other just talk. who am I to call it something different.

I just went back and read the rules again and again. I don't think this type of thing is what it means at all. I believe what they would object to is if you tried to force your beliefs on others. As making someone feel intimidated and pressuring them to believe as you do. This is not the case here, no matter who or what is your higher power, meaning what you bieve in, you send and ask for aid, help, guidance and or prayers for yourself and other people. That's how I interpret what is stated. If one of the administrators reads this I hope they will let us all know if this is wrong. Until I am told different, I will keep sending good thoughts and prayers for those I feel it will help.

Quilty Louise- I totally understand. Don't you worry about the MugRug one little bit. Just take care of you and yours and know we are all thinking of you and wanting only the best for your family.
