Elisabrat said she will post sign-ups one week before the end of the month. I don't have a calendar in front of me, but that's pretty soon, my pretties!

My machine was acting up again. Let's hope it holds for the mugrug sewing I'm hating the idea of hand sewing for this.

KLTQuilts -- looks like I missed the photos, too! Everything is wonderful! That wall photo holder looks amazing -- I have to figure that one out. Great swap.

Thanks ladies for the compliments on my birdie...didn't have a pattern, so I appreciate it.

ok I am getting excited about next swap as well it is going to be so fun and so cool. Not sure if the theme was announced yet.. hum... it is a make what you want within the themes boundries so you wont have to wait for your partner. I bet you that things are whipped up quick as a cricket. Imagine how fun to see those mug rugs streaming in EARLY! So please get yours going and think about mailing so we can get started on the next grand adventure. I bet your tables and walls are looking so cute with those mug rugs now! I love to pin them to the wall lol. it makes for a colorful and exciting wall of mini quilts lol that I love it. each month adds something new and pretty to enjoy. I also have one next to my dh's chair. my daughter in law was sitting there and asked if she had something she could use to put her drink on worried she was going to hurt the table. I laughed and said that is a mug rug for your mugs, why don't you use that? she said but its sooo pretty!!! it was a cute red hatter mug rug that jaba made for me and I thought don't be silly that's what its for! so you see, some of these are too cute to use and must be hung instead. just my thought process on the whole thing - on your table or on your wall these little things are addictive!

I know that I have been mostly MIA the last week, and I am sorry.

Dorothy (dfelker) - I am working on your mug rug, and hopefully will
have it in the mail by Saturday. Sure hope you like what I am
making, and a clue as to what I am making is that it is awesome,
one of my favorite things in the summer, but also a big no no for
me (meaning YES it is FULL of sugar).

My daughter was released from the hospital last Thursday afternoon,
and I got to see my little man on Saturday when we all went out for
    dinner.
Boy did my little man draw the attention of ALL the customers a few
even made bets as to how old the baby was. So when they asked us
and found out that he was only 5 days, everyone was amazed that he
was such a good "quiet" baby. At least until he was put in his carrier than
all bets were off, and the displeasure was announced..... LOUDLY.

That is when I was glad that I am only Ya-ya, so (hard as it was) I let
mommy & daddy deal with it, gave them all kisses and went home.

My avatar photo is of me with Zack.
