AnnaQuilts, I couldn't resist jumping to this group for this block for you. I'm working on another for you next. I hope this will work for what you envision for this quilt. I loved making it.

My package arrived today! All 19 bags are present and correct. Thanks, Janice! Now the fun of pulling fabric and searching for the perfect block patterns begin!

AnnaQuilts, here's your second one. It's an applique buffalo.
For anyone else wondering where to find inspiration for AnnaQuilts blocks, I've loved looking at free pre-K native American coloring pages. Tons of things there! Perfect for applique. I used wonder under with the center of the designs cut out. I iron freezer paper on the block back for a stabilizer, Works great for me.

Great quilt blocks for Anna, Libster! And thank you for the hint at how to find designs.

Macybaby, I didn't see any color requests with your bear fabric. Do you have any suggestions for us?

Marcialee, are you looking for colors that are found in the fabric you sent? It's a beautiful fabric print!

Hopefully it's not wrong for me to ask these questions here. I just don't want to disappoint anyone!

Had a couple of questions about blocks and “the rules”. Please do make an effort to adhere to the color requests you receive. Not everyone will have color requests though so you’re free to choose your own scheme. Select fabrics you feel complement the owner’s f8. And blocks are completely the maker’s choice. You should make what you want to make, what you are comfortable making, and in the style you wish to make it whether it be traditionally pieced, appliqué, paper pieced, sewn by machine or hand sewn. Anyone with additional questions, please feel free to email me. Thanks!

Have a pleasant evening.
