Libster, what a beautiful pair of blocks for Annaquilts! I love your idea about finding appliqué patterns in a coloring book. Wow.

My package arrived and the count is correct. DH is on track for having the kitchen/dining room ready for painting this weekend, so I don't know if I'll get much sewing done. Once the painting is done we've got the hardwood floor to install (it's been in the garage for about a month now). Lots of work but exciting to seeing things looking more like putting back together instead of taking apart. It does mean I'm going to need to get serious about designing the cabinets soon. DH can build just about anything I can do plans for, so we make for a good team.

I received my package yesterday and all are accounted for. There are some really interesting fabrics in this lot. A couple will be a challenge for me but I'm sure I can come up with something. I was able to match fabric to some of them with what I have in my stash. Unfortunately, I will have to go to the LQS and do some shopping. (Darn! What a shame!) LOL

NZ - and anyone else that wonders, I have no requests, so the sky is the limit on what you decide to make for me. Since it is teddybears, I expect the finished quilt will eventually find a child to love it, but I don't have anyone in mind right now.

Klaws - how horrible - you have to travel out in the world and go to a fabric store - my prayers are with you Please put on your bubble suit!

For anyone else wondering where to find inspiration for AnnaQuilts blocks, I've loved looking at free pre-K native American coloring pages. Tons of things there! Perfect for applique. I used wonder under with the center of the designs cut out. I iron freezer paper on the block back for a stabilizer, Works great for me.
Now how cute is that bison. Thank you also for sharing your ideas. I will have to try that some time.

My squishy arrived and 19 baggies counted! We’re off to Phoenix for the weekend, so as always I’ll be a late starter! Great blocks so far. Stay warm and safe friends.

Here is my first block, for AnnaQuilts.
Janice, I tried to shrink the image down as much I could on my phone. Hopefully it isn't too big?
