can you put the pinking blade onto any 45mm rotary cutter or do you have to buy the cutter too?

Joann's online has a whole rotarty cutter with the blade on sale for $8 ish. I think I would rather have a separate one so that I don't have to mess with changing blades. I was looking for a pair of pinking shear for this purpose. I didn't knoe they made rotary one. So glad you shared this tip with us!

Great idea on the pinking blade! I washed my material and the white did great, but the black wow so many strings! Had to trim before ironing! Also like the idea of having a seperate holder so not to have to change blades!

Love all the blocks so far and I'm so excited! I may make 2 sets. :D
