Joanne,

Thank you! You are a sweetie! I have really enjoyed being in this swap! No one else I know quilts, so this board is an ideal way to mingle with people that share your passion!

Great blocks ladies! I love how you are not afraid to use all those patterns together. As you noticed on mine I have a hard time mixing patterns and tend to stay with plain black and white with maybe one or two patterns. I haven't tried a scrappy quilt because of that but I love to look at them.
Can you believe that there's only 3 more weeks until all the blocks are mailed?
Time sure flies.
Mine are done and will go out in the mail this week.

My dd is the same way and that's why the black and white quilt is going to be for her. She has a hard time with things not "matching", but she can handle the black and white theme. She has alread let me know that the sashing has to be "solid" red. hehehe

That is going to be a gorgeous quilt. And, I have seen postings of yellow, blue, green, I think. It is going to be so exciting to see all of the quilts that will come from this project. I LOVE productivity <g>.

Here is what I'm going to use for sashing and boarder. I may make 6 more blocks for my quilt so I can use it on our king size bed. :D

sewsewquilter,

I love the fabric you have choosen for the borders. It's really going to make the quilt interesting. Please be sure and post a picture when you get it done.

Very pretty fabric. I can't decide on mine until I see what I have to work with. Soon! Time is flying.

I got all of mine in the mail today. They should be delivered by Saturday. I used two flat rate envelopes and enclosed two more envelopes labeled, postage paid and ready for return shipping.

:D

Now I don't know what to do. I made my set, got them all pressed ready to trim the edges and they are a smidgen short of 12 1/2. I wouldn't want someone elses blocks that were not per our rules, so I'm deciding to make another 12. The ones I got done are nice, and I have a plan to use them. And only 2 weeks to go. . .
