Probably, but I think it would way too difficult for certain shades to be requiredas there are soooo many to pick from. This is an easy, breezy summer project.

i agree i can't even imagine how we could do a swap with a color requirement. we'd all have to buy the same fabric because dye lots vary from company to company and even from bolt to bolt with the same company.

I don't mind all different shades of blue and yellow. I have seventeen 1/2 yd cuts of a collection that ranges from the lightest blue, yellow and green to dark and I plan to use it in the rest of the quilt with the blocks.

I guess I don't get the confusion- too many shades of yellow and blue? Why would they not go together- it's a sampler? From what I've seen posted- I think all of them will go together.

I bought more fabric because I love yellow and blue together. I probably had enough already but I wanted some left over so I could make other stuff too.
