ibex, your fabric is awesome! No worries here, it will work! Marti Gras is coming to town
I like it Mona, but should have quilted it differently, next one I will.

I love the Mardi Gras fabric. Something similar was used a few years ago.

Here is a quilt from Boom 5. My friend has twin daughters. For high school graduation, I made them t-shirt quilts. For the boomerang, I sent out the sashing and backing materials that I used and then put this together for their mom for Christmas because she was definitely suffering from empty-nest syndrome.

From Boom 8, I put together quilts for our neighbor's twin granddaughters. I've know their mom since she was an infant. Hmmm, I seem to have a theme going. Didn't realize that I made so many quilts for twins.

Heaven help me. I am at the lake with my 12 year old granddaughter and we are the only ones in the entire campground this evening. Weather alarm went off with tornado warning for our county. I was trying to grab my keys, her and the dog when alarm went back on tornado spotted at our closest town and the tornado sirens across the lake went off. Dog was going crazy and Abby said sorry grams but I'm going to freak out. I was scared because I Was worried about her Everything has calmed down now and I have a whopping headache and Abby is bouncing off the walls reacting to her anxiety. This has been a terrible season for storms

We're having bad storms roll through here too. Everybody be safe. Our county has flood warnings up now. We need the rain, but the lightning is awful. We had a family lose everything they had in that storm on Friday night. Scary business.

terriamn, glad you are both okay, Hope granddaughter has calmed down by now but it is scary to a little one. Hope you have some Excedrin with you, or at least that's what works for me. Calm and rest grandma.....

Joan love the colors in your fabric, it will be a vibrant quilt for sure. You probably already know I will try to match that purple, we'll see
