Ha! I had a 'mail disappointment' today too. Periodically I order the free flat rate padded envelopes, because I sell fabric online and use those to mail... Recently I ordered a bunch of those envelopes and today they came in, all stuffed in my big mailbox. I got so excited because the package felt squishy like fabric or yarn ... until I remembered what they really were. Just envelopes. Stupid, boring, empty envelopes. Every time I order those things, I get fooled like that when they finally arrive. You'd think I'd learn. Ha ha on me. The next big envelope that gets stuffed into my mailbox will be my BOOM STUFF! Yeah.

You are welcome, kwiltkrazy. Perhaps you and lovngranma will be the first to sign up for the next BOOM. The quilters on this forum have been very generous with patience and creativity to newcomers like me. You'll get a feel for their personalities by reading the posts. Besides, I love the photos! And we all could use another "oh-h-h that's so pretty!"

This should complete the fabrics for Opal. You can get on with your planning while you wait for the packages to arrive.
Cool fabrics, can't wait to get started.

I have been looking at quilt block patterns all morning, imagining all the different blocks I might be able to make with all the lovely fabric coming my way. I even went through my stash and sorted through all the colors I have to match with your fabric choices. So excited to get started.

I look at google searches for quilt block ideas every chance I get, when I see something that intrigues me I save it to the computer to see if I can figure out how to make it.

The Opalites sure are quiet! I'm keeping fingers crossed that by some miracle my package might show up today. If not today, tomorrow? Feels like Christmas is coming!

It's in your mailbox! In fact, 4 of the 5 are either delivered or out for delivery today. Lum, yours is at your town's post office so it may arrive today or tomorrow.
