So sad about Seasaw Sue... Her situation was pretty dire. Now she is free. I join all of you in prayers and comfort for her family. She was a generous, lovely lady with a wonderful attitude about life, even her sickness. We will miss her!

About a year ago I heard of a vintage (1968 ish) fad style of dress called a 3 armhole dress. Basically a wrap, over this past year when I thought about I looked for a pattern but each time I did they were way to pricey ($30 -60 dollar range) Anyway found one yesterday for a good price now waiting on the mail, but excited to give it a go. And an added bonus, the one I found was way prettier then the original one I saw.

Well ladies, so much to catch up on. So sorry to hear about Seasaw Sue. I have blocks from her and will cherish them.
I was reading along from page one and was hoping that I could be that last one for the 3 month group. So Janice I will sign up for the 2 month group and just have to be discipline on the deadline.

I was setting blocks from BOOM Jade group last weekend at guild retreat so yearning to get back to the swaps.

Now to go stash diving.

I have a question. I cut all my fabrics but am 2 pieces short. I have pieves left over that are 8×18. CanI send two pieces and have it count as a F8? I went to the LQS and Joanns but neither had real snack fabrics? Please let me know.

Rest in Peace Seasaw2mch. Her kindness to me as a new Boomer and determination to quilt despite her pain and physical limitations are inspiring to me. Please accept my condolences, Janice, and everyone that is grieving her passing.

That's AOK hav4boys. Just do me a favor and mark on the outside of the 2 packets that are smaller. So
ebody won't mind working with them. Thanks!

FYI, those in the 3 month group only need to send 19 pieces. You are the 20th person. If anyone sends extra, I'll return it to you.
