Sent you an email this morning. Now that I've seen this, I'll put you in the 2 month group. Thank you!

I was reading along from page one and was hoping that I could be that last one for the 3 month group. So Janice I will sign up for the 2 month group and just have to be discipline on the deadline.

I was setting blocks from BOOM Jade group last weekend at guild retreat so yearning to get back to the swaps.

Now to go stash diving.

Love that block. Now it's even more important to me to find the right setting for it. FYI, I see Sewbizgirl's avatar is the heart block Seasaw2mch Sue designed.

I don't mind 2 pieces either. I might have to do that with one ziplock because I ran out also.

So touching to see you all honoring Seasaw Sue's life and passing by using her beautiful blocks as your avatars. It must be special for you all to look at your boom quilts with her blocks and feel like you have a piece of her life with you. God rest her soul.

I had considered joining both groups but this is my first boom and I'm afraid with canning season coming up and a full-time job, I may spread myself too thin. I have a tendency to do that alot. Some moron (me) planted 24 tomato plants and every one of them grew over 4 foot tall with loads of tomatoes!

NZquilter, she was special. Last boom I posted a quilt Seasaw had made for my sister, also named Sue. It was a chemo quilt. Seasaw Sue had had limited contact with me at the time and did this amazing thing "just because". My sister, rarely speechless, was speechless. She couldn't believe a complete stranger would do that. Seasaw Sue won my heart the moment I opened the package and saw the quilt. It is currently hanging in the foyer.
