So, I have made just a small change to my fabric. I didn't have enough of my original, but I had some from the same family (slight different colorway but it will work) that some of you will get. And I just couldn't wrap my head around the gold fabric. So .. I have requested you match the soft green (swatch enclosed, again, i didn't have enough to share) and or match the light purple in the fabric. So, Purple and green lights, the main fabric is dark and if needed, WOW for a background.
I love Purples and green, this fabric has those colors.. I didn't really care for fabric, but now I am totes excited about it! The photo below is a bit washed out. When you see the green swatch, you will find it to be a much brighter springier green. There isn't much purple in either fabric, so adding it will help counteract the goldenrod, which is my dislike of the colors..
Using the green and purple changes the feel from a harsh goldenrod Fall tone to a softer springy tone. The Green and Purples will bring the two colorways together ( I hope). I have some panels I can add in to give me a couple more blocks to add interest to the whole top. And some large border fabric in the redder colorway... I am excited to see what you can do to help me build this quilt! I picture a sort of Bohemian feel to it..
It is getting fun again ladies!!! (it has been about 4 years since I did any piecing and quilting. I need to get back to this)
I hope this makes sense!

Bluelady, I love your fabrics! I have a bunch of Julie Paschkis fabrics, but none are greens or purples. I have some pinky reds of hers that would pick up your reds, but if you want greens/purples I'll see what I can come up with.
Can't wait til I get my package!

There was a note in with mine stating that the F8 was folded with the right side out. On both F8s that I got, the wrong side looks darker to me. Hope this helps.
